Bottarga Brighton

A two hatted little gem in the heart of Brighton, Victoria, showcasing the very best of Italian with an array of techniques. I was commissioned by them to capture their new menu for the summer of 2024/25 alongside some promotional material for advertising. My approach was to lean into the dimly lit room, keeping the contrast rich and an element of fashion glam.
